📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach English to Korean professionals using online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype.
• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective English lessons tailored to the needs of your students.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the Intouch Language Inc. team to continuously improve teaching methodologies and student learning experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in language teaching and learning.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and punctuality in all your interactions with students.
• Provide a supportive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student confidence and motivation.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Native or near-native proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching English to non-native speakers, either in a formal education setting or through private tutoring.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype.
• A bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Passion for helping others learn and achieve their language goals.
• Willingness to work remotely and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
