📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manage and maintain the property's landscaping, including irrigation systems and garden upkeep.
• Oversee the maintenance of swimming pools, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of completed work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of maintenance schedules and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with landscaping and pool maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
