🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial and logistics sector.
• Proven track record of leading and managing operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of operational software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational methodologies is a plus.
