📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Oversee daily operations of the indoor playground, including setting up and maintaining play areas, equipment, and safety measures.
• Organize and facilitate engaging activities and games for children, ensuring they have a fun and safe play experience.
• Monitor play areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist with special events, parties, and group bookings, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized play environment, including regular cleaning and tidying up.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a family-friendly environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with children and adults.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines for play areas and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
