📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire inventory management process, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution activities.
• Implement and manage logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed inventory reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to inventory management.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of inventory management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management and logistics operations.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar industry-recognized certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
