📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting various analytical tests using advanced laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy instruments.
• Preparing and analyzing samples to ensure product quality and safety.
• Generating and maintaining detailed laboratory reports and records.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality control procedures.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
• Providing technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in analytical chemistry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Certification in analytical chemistry (e.g., ACS, ISO/IEC 17025) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabArchives, LIMS, and data analysis tools like Excel and SPSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality assurance standards is a significant advantage.
