📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records using our in-house POS system.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring products are delivered promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the team when restocking is needed.
• Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized retail space.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Stay updated on company promotions and ensure they are communicated effectively to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar retail role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Familiarity with retail POS systems, such as our in-house system or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
