📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design integration.
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and address design conflicts.
• Generate accurate schedules, reports, and documentation to support project decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling and MEP coordination.
