In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact products. You will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to manage product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of features. Using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello, you will streamline our development processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Define and prioritize product backlog items in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that product releases are well-coordinated and timely.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders about product progress and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven organization.
• Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and product management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certification in Agile Product Ownership (CSPO) or similar is a plus.
