Logistics & Warehouse Assistant Manager

Din Tai Fung is seeking a dynamic Logistics & Warehouse Assistant Manager to oversee our supply chain and warehouse operations in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of our culinary supply chain, from procurement to distribution. As part of a global brand, you'll work alongside industry leaders in warehouse management and logistics, using cutting-edge tools like SAP and WMS to optimize operations.

In this role, you'll manage a team of 5-7 warehouse staff, ensuring they follow strict hygiene and safety protocols. You'll coordinate with vendors, oversee inventory management, and implement quality control measures to maintain our high standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, with a strong background in F&B or similar industries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP and WMS, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a well-stocked warehouse and timely deliveries.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Work closely with the procurement team to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWM) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
