The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Perform cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, displays, and restrooms.,Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials and displays.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales and customer traffic.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
