📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and objectives.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.,Provide financial solutions and products tailored to the needs of SME clients.,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business development goals of Maybank.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.,Strong understanding of SME business models and financial needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Familiarity with Maybank's products and services is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
