📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage the branch's budget, including revenue and expenditure, to ensure financial sustainability.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Represent the branch at local and regional healthcare events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and operations in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for healthcare management and administration.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
