In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit between candidates and the organization.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
