📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the bakery, cake, or pastry industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
