📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and safety.,Monitor and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Valid driver's license and experience with driving logistics vehicles is a plus.
