📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of education.,Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students.,Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and students as needed.,Collaborate with other departments, such as administration and marketing, to ensure the smooth operation of our school.,Attend and participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies.,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff.,Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and any concerns.,Participate in school events and activities, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification or license.,Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education to all students.
