📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring that all machines are running efficiently and effectively.
Supervising a team of machine operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet production targets.
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Monitoring and controlling the quality of products, ensuring they meet the company's standards and customer requirements.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the machine shop.
Training and developing new machine operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met and that materials are available when needed.
Reporting on production progress and identifying areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.
Valid certification in machine operation and safety (preferred).
