Cafe Anggi Store is looking for a Lead Admin Finance to join our team. As the Lead Admin Finance, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the cafe, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health and stability of the business. This is a full-time position located in Karawang, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the cafe, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Oversee the payment of bills and vendor invoices, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Train and mentor junior staff members in financial operations and procedures.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
