IRIS Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth.,Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Participate in financial planning and analysis processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
