IT Support Engineer (IT Infrastructure)

You will work closely with our IT team to implement and maintain our IT systems, and you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our data. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in IT support and a passion for technology. You should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should be proficient in using a variety of IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Linux. You should also have a good understanding of networking concepts and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and optimize IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Linux.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data, including implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures.
• Work closely with the IT team to implement and maintain IT systems, including cloud-based solutions.
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the aftermarket performance parts industry.
• Proficient in using a variety of IT tools and software, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Linux.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Certifications in IT support, networking, or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
