📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.,Develop and implement food and beverage menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high standards of food quality and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle any food safety or quality issues that arise during operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
