📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring timely and accurate records.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing and updating patient records.,Handle billing and insurance inquiries, and process payments when necessary.,Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain front desk supplies and equipment.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in a healthcare setting.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and medical terminology is a plus.,Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
