In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our restaurant, ensuring financial stability, and driving growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax requirements.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Work closely with the restaurant manager to develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall business goals.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and budgeting techniques.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
