📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of field technicians, ensuring timely and efficient installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and GPS systems.
• Coordinate project schedules, ensuring all installations and maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor technician performance, providing training and support as needed to maintain high standards of service.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all field operations, including inventory, client feedback, and project status.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Utilize software tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office to manage schedules, track performance, and generate reports.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV and GPS technologies, recommending improvements to enhance service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations, preferably in CCTV and GPS systems.
• Proven track record of managing field technicians and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV and GPS technologies, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
