📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 standards.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  • Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality management practices.
  • Maintain and update quality records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Report on quality metrics and trends to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Certification in ISO 13485 standards is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving quality objectives.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
