📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Review and edit technical content to ensure accuracy and clarity,Develop and implement documentation strategies to improve user experience,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field,2-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the cloud or IT industry,Strong understanding of cloud technologies and services,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Markdown and other documentation formats
