AETHER Sejahtera is seeking a talented Deputy Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing pastry recipes, ensuring the highest quality of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in developing and implementing pastry recipes.,Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, and breads.,Maintain and organize the pastry inventory, ensuring timely restocking.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless production and delivery of pastries.,Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is a plus.
