📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of employee development programs.,Assist in the administration of payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
