📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the department, ensuring that all team members are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Monitor departmental budgets and ensure that all financial targets are met.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them within the department.,Report to senior management on departmental performance and progress.,Handle any other duties as assigned by senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of the industry and a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Ability to travel as required by the role.
