📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.,Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with the corporate office to align branch activities with company goals.,Attend and participate in regular training and development programs.,Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
