As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and food quality to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets all financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience with marketing and promotional strategies is a plus.
