📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training goals are met.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
