In this role, you'll work closely with our team of educators, administrators, and marketing specialists to ensure the smooth operation of our centres in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing student enrollments and marketing campaigns to coordinating with local partners and ensuring compliance with educational standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student enrollments and registrations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our English language programmes.
• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to build strong relationships and expand our network.
• Support the operations team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our centres.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media content.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Assist in the organization of events, workshops, and other activities to engage and support our student community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education or marketing industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for working in a multicultural setting and a passion for education.
