🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
